IMPORTANT TERMS: PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBSCRIBING
All subscription fees paid to Campbell Law Firm, P.A. are earned upon receipt and are not held in a client trust account. Payment of a subscription fee does not, by itself, create an attorney client relationship for any specific legal matter beyond the limited services described above. Services that require formal representation, including court appearances, the filing of pleadings, and litigation, are not part of the subscription and require a separate written fee agreement. The initial three month payment is required to begin the plan and is non refundable. After the initial three months, the plan renews automatically at $200 per month, and the fee for each current billing month is earned and non refundable. You may cancel future monthly renewals at any time by contacting the firm.
Plan 1: Family Law Access Plan: $20o/month - 3 MONTH MINIMUM
Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for parents, spouses, and families who are currently involved in a family law matter or who anticipate needing legal guidance in the coming months. Whether you have an active custody case, an existing support order you need to monitor, or a contempt situation brewing, this plan gives you direct access to Attorney Campbell without having to decide case-by-case whether a call is “worth it.”
It is especially useful for clients with existing court orders who want a lawyer they can call when the other party violates the order, when DHS or school sends paperwork, or when a modification might be needed — without paying a new retainer each time something comes up.
How the FAMILY LAW ACCESS PLAN Works
Cost: $200 per month with a 3 month term minimum.
Three month minimum, paid in advance: The plan begins with a three (3) month commitment. The full three months, which is $600 total ($200 per month times three), are paid up front at sign up. This is required to start the plan.
Automatic monthly renewal: After the initial three months are paid, the plan continues on an automatically recurring basis at $200 per month. Your card on file is charged each month until you cancel.
What you receive each month: Approximately one (1) hour of Attorney Campbell’s time, used for the services described below.
What your monthly hour covers:
Your monthly hour is a single pool of time, up to about one hour total, that you may use for either or both of the following:
- Document review and advice on documents you already have, such as an existing court order, agreement, letter, or notice. Attorney Campbell will review them and give you his advice.
- Help drafting one short document of up to two (2) pages, such as a short letter or a simple written request.
What is included:
- Up to about one (1) hour of attorney time each month, used for document review and advice on your existing documents, for drafting one document of up to two pages, or for a combination of the two.
- Direct work with Attorney Campbell on the covered services.
What is not included:
- Any work beyond the one hour provided each month. Additional time is billed separately at Attorney Campbell’s regular hourly rate.
- Drafting any document longer than two (2) pages.
- Court appearances, hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Filing pleadings or documents with any court.
- Active litigation, contested matters, and formal representation of any kind. These require a separate written fee agreement.
Unused time does not carry over. Each month’s hour is available during that month only and does not roll forward to the next month.
Plan 2: DUI & Criminal Defense Awareness Plan $49/month - 3 MONTH MINIMUM
Who is the DUI & Criminal Defense Plan for?
This plan is for individuals who want a criminal defense attorney in their corner before something happens — not after. That means people with prior DUI or criminal history who know they need to stay informed, people in situations where law enforcement contact is possible, families of individuals with active probation or supervised release conditions, and anyone who simply wants to know what to do — and not do — if they ever get pulled over, questioned, or arrested.
The value here is access and awareness. This is not a representation agreement. But having a lawyer you already know, who already knows your background, is worth more than any number of Google searches at 11 p.m. when something goes wrong.

Know-your-rights guidance by phone or email

◦ Your rights during a traffic stop, a roadside DUI investigation, or a search of your vehicle or home
◦ What Miranda rights actually mean and when they apply
◦ Whether you should consent to a search, a breathalyzer, or field sobriety tests
Review of one (1) document per month
◦ Traffic citations, DUI or DWI paperwork, bond conditions, probation terms, court notices, or charge sheets
◦ Attorney will explain what it means, what deadlines apply, and what your options are
◦ Does not include drafting responses or motions — that requires a separate engagement
Explanation of charges, potential penalties, and the Mississippi court process
◦ Municipal court, justice court, circuit court — how they differ and what to expect
◦ What a DUI first offense actually costs in Mississippi (fines, license, IID, insurance, classes)
◦ How prior offenses affect current exposure
◦ Probation and supervised release — what conditions are typical and what violations look like
One (1) free annual check-in meeting — in-person or virtual (one hour)

◦ Mississippi allows expungement of a first DUI after five (5) years — subscribers get guidance on timing and process at no extra charge

PLAN 3: Small Business Legal Plan $99/month - 3 MONTH MINIMUM
Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for small business owners, LLC operators, sole proprietors, landlords, and employers in North Mississippi who face recurring legal questions but can’t justify — or predict — the cost of a traditional hourly attorney. If you’ve ever hesitated to call a lawyer because you weren’t sure if the question was “worth it,” this plan is built for you.
Common subscribers include: contractors reviewing client agreements, landlords dealing with problem tenants, small employers managing personnel issues, and business owners who need someone to look at a demand letter or contract before they sign.

Direct attorney access by phone or email for general business legal questions
