Legal Subscription Plans
What You Get, What It Costs, and What It Means for You
Campbell Law Firm offers three subscription tracks — one for families navigating ongoing family law matters, one for individuals who want legal awareness and a trusted contact in criminal or DUI situations, and one for small business owners who need a lawyer in their corner without the unpredictable hourly bill. All fees are earned on receipt. All plans are month-to-month.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBSCRIBING
All subscription fees paid to Campbell Law Firm, P.A. are earned upon receipt and are not held in a client trust account. Payment of a subscription fee does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship for any specific legal matter beyond the services described in your selected plan. Services requiring formal representation — including court appearances, filing of pleadings, and active litigation — are not included in any subscription plan and require a separate written fee agreement. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; fees for the current billing period are earned and non-refundable.
Plan 1: Family Law Access Plan: $20o/month
Ongoing legal access for families navigating custody, support, and divorce matters
Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for parents, spouses, and families who are currently involved in a family law matter or who anticipate needing legal guidance in the coming months. Whether you have an active custody case, an existing support order you need to monitor, or a contempt situation brewing, this plan gives you direct access to Attorney Campbell without having to decide case-by-case whether a call is “worth it.”
It is especially useful for clients with existing court orders who want a lawyer they can call when the other party violates the order, when DHS or school sends paperwork, or when a modification might be needed — without paying a new retainer each time something comes up.
What's included in the Family Law Access Plan for $200/mo?
Direct attorney access by phone or email for family law questions (reasonable use — not unlimited litigation consultation)
◦ Questions about your custody order, visitation schedule, support obligations, contempt issues, or modification eligibility
◦ Attorney Campbell answers personally — not a paralegal or assistant
◦ Response within one business day on standard questions; same-day on urgent matters when available
Review of up to two (2) family law documents per month
◦ Proposed agreed orders, modification petitions, parenting plans, DHS correspondence, school enrollment disputes
◦ Attorney will review, flag issues, and provide written or verbal feedback
◦ Documents over 15 pages or requiring significant research may count as two (2) reviews
Light drafting — up to one (1) item per month
◦ Demand/compliance letters to the other party or their attorney
◦ Proposed agreed orders (for submission to the chancellor for signature — not for contested filing)
◦ Response letters to opposing counsel on routine matters
◦ Does NOT include drafting motions, pleadings, or contested filings — those require a separate engagement
One (1) free annual review meeting — in-person at the Water Valley office or via Zoom / phone
◦ Full one-hour session to review your current orders, upcoming deadlines, and any changes in circumstance
◦ Ideal for annual review of support amounts, custody schedules, and modification strategy
◦ Must be scheduled in advance; available to active subscribers only
Advance notice of Mississippi family law changes
◦ You’ll hear about law changes — like the new 50/50 custody presumption under HB 1662 — before they affect your case
Subscriber discount on new matters requiring formal representation

Plan 2: DUI & Criminal Defense Awareness Plan $49/month
Know your rights. Have a number to call. Be ready before a crisis hits.
Who is the DUI & Criminal Defense Plan for?
This plan is for individuals who want a criminal defense attorney in their corner before something happens — not after. That means people with prior DUI or criminal history who know they need to stay informed, people in situations where law enforcement contact is possible, families of individuals with active probation or supervised release conditions, and anyone who simply wants to know what to do — and not do — if they ever get pulled over, questioned, or arrested.
The value here is access and awareness. This is not a representation agreement. But having a lawyer you already know, who already knows your background, is worth more than any number of Google searches at 11 p.m. when something goes wrong.
What’s Included — $49 / Month
Know-your-rights guidance by phone or email
◦ What to say — and not say — if stopped by law enforcement
◦ Your rights during a traffic stop, a roadside DUI investigation, or a search of your vehicle or home
◦ What Miranda rights actually mean and when they apply
◦ Whether you should consent to a search, a breathalyzer, or field sobriety tests
Review of one (1) document per month
◦ Traffic citations, DUI or DWI paperwork, bond conditions, probation terms, court notices, or charge sheets
◦ Attorney will explain what it means, what deadlines apply, and what your options are
◦ Does not include drafting responses or motions — that requires a separate engagement
Explanation of charges, potential penalties, and the Mississippi court process
◦ Municipal court, justice court, circuit court — how they differ and what to expect
◦ What a DUI first offense actually costs in Mississippi (fines, license, IID, insurance, classes)
◦ How prior offenses affect current exposure
◦ Probation and supervised release — what conditions are typical and what violations look like
One (1) free annual check-in meeting — in-person or virtual (one hour)
◦ Review your current legal status, open matters, or probation conditions
◦ Discuss any law changes that may affect you
◦ Ideal for clients recently off probation or with expungement eligibility questions
Priority intake if a criminal matter arises
◦ Active subscribers go to the front of the line if an arrest, charge, or investigation occurs
◦ You already have the relationship — no intake call needed from scratch
DUI expungement eligibility guidance
◦ Mississippi allows expungement of a first DUI after five (5) years — subscribers get guidance on timing and process at no extra charge
Subscriber flat-fee discount on new criminal defense matters requiring formal representation
Real Talk: Why This Plan Exists A DUI in Mississippi costs between $10,000 and $25,000 when you factor in fines, attorney fees, classes, an ignition interlock device, and insurance increases. The difference between a manageable situation and a catastrophic one is often what you do — and don’t do — in the first 30 minutes. This plan means you have a criminal defense attorney to call in those 30 minutes who already knows your name. |
